Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal / Office Coordinator to support our Corporate and Advanced Tax Strategies teams while helping manage daily operations of our Dallas/Fort Worth office. This hybrid role combines hands-on legal support with office coordination and operational oversight in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, client-focused, and takes strong ownership of their work. This role will work closely with attorneys, clients, and leadership to help keep legal matters and office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide paralegal support for corporate, tax, and estate planning matters
  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
  • Manage case files, deadlines, filings, and attorney calendars
  • Coordinate transactions, closings, and governance documentation
  • Communicate with clients, advisors, courts, and outside parties
  • Prepare materials for meetings, strategy sessions, and client discussions
  • Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and administrative workflows
  • Support billing, onboarding, process improvements, and office growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong corporate paralegal experience required
  • Tax or estate planning experience preferred
  • Litigation experience is a plus
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexible with a strong work ethic
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset
  • Stable work history preferred
  • Must be comfortable working fully onsite
