What You’ll Do:
This is your chance to step into a high-energy, client-first, and growth-minded environment. As our next Personal Injury Case Manager, you’ll take ownership of your cases from intake to resolution, making a real difference in people’s lives every day.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading case management from start to finish
Communicating regularly with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurance reps
Coordinating treatment, records, and negotiations
Managing deadlines and ensuring every case moves forward
Supporting litigation and trial prep when needed
Tracking case metrics with precision and confidence
What You Bring:
✅ Proven experience in Personal Injury case management (min. 5 years)
✅ Next-level communication and multitasking skills
✅ Tech-savvy with case management software (bonus points for Smokeball)
✅ Organized, driven, and deadline-obsessed
✅ Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) is a major plus
✅ Paralegal certification preferred but not required
