About The Opportunity
Our client is a rapidly growing private equity real estate investment firm specializing in self-storage and alternative real estate assets. Due to continued expansion, they are adding a Paralegal to support their Legal & Compliance team. The company is expected to double in size over the next 2-3 years, creating significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
This position is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Support land use and zoning matters across a growing real estate portfolio
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Track contract execution, renewals, and compliance deadlines
- Assist with regulatory, litigation, and compliance matters
- Maintain legal files, records, and calendars
- Conduct legal research and assist with policy updates
- Process legal invoices and support billing activities
- Partner with internal departments on legal and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Paralegal experience
- Experience supporting land use and zoning matters required
- Law firm or corporate legal department experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
