Role Description

The Associate will play a key role in providing legal counsel and assistance to clients on complex legal matters, including drafting contracts, conducting due diligence, and participating in negotiations. You will be expected to manage your caseload, adhere to timelines, and maintain high-quality advisory standards for domestic and international clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai office, requiring close collaboration with team members and clients to deliver outstanding legal services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Contracts
  • Strong skills in Legal Drafting, Negotiation, and Document Review
  • Expertise or experience in areas such as Regulatory Compliance, Dispute Resolution, and Private Client Advisory
  • Excellent Research and Analytical skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong commitment to ethical practices and professional integrity
  • Degree in Law (LLB or higher), with admission to the Indian Bar Council
  • Relevant work experience, preferably at a top-tier law firm, is an advantage
