Intake Paralegal

Additional Role Info:

The Intake Paralegal will play a key role in providing outstanding support to new clients during the onboarding process. This role involves answering calls, addressing concerns, and guiding potential clients with professionalism and care. You’ll work closely with paralegals and investigators to ensure seamless communication and effective case handling. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in helping others are essential for this position.

Intake Paralegal Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and respond efficiently to inquiries from potential clients.

Accurately gather and document client information during the intake process.

Collaborate with investigators and legal teams to address client concerns and provide updates.

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Assist with various administrative tasks to support the intake team and ensure efficient case management.

Intake Paralegal Requirements:

Proficiency in administrative and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.

Previous experience in personal injury law is preferred but not mandatory.
