We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal with experience in plaintiff-side employment law.
What You’ll Do
Support attorneys in class, collective, and representative wage and hour litigation, including PAGA and FLSA cases.
Assist with all phases of litigation: client intake, case development, discovery, filings, document review, deposition prep, and trial support.
Manage large volumes of documents and employment data using litigation support platforms.
Help prepare for mediations, hearings, and trials by organizing exhibits, summaries, and timelines.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of paralegal experience in employment litigation, preferably on the plaintiff side.
Deep understanding of wage and hour laws, including FLSA, California Labor Code, and PAGA.
Familiarity with e-filing in both state and federal courts.
Benefits
Competitive Base Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 (DOE)
2 Days Remote
