Abogados Centro Legal (ACL) is expanding its dedicated team and seeking a Spanish speaking Community Outreach Ambassador to join our growing and highly successful personal injury and immigration law firm.

We are looking for a driven, personable, and community-oriented individual passionate about connecting with and empowering the Hispanic community. The ideal candidate will be experienced in community outreach, event planning, and relationship building and will play an instrumental role in helping ACL grow and expand its impact.
Responsibilities:
Represent ACL at community events, acting as the public face of the firm and engaging with Hispanic individuals, families, and organizations to build meaningful relationships.
Design and implement outreach programs and strategies to increase community awareness about ACL’s services, with a focus on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and immigration support.
Collaborate with local Hispanic businesses, medical providers, and organizations to establish a strong referral network.
Create and distribute bilingual (Spanish/English) promotional materials, including flyers, social media content, and educational videos to inform and empower the community.
Coordinate and support volunteer efforts at community projects and events, ensuring alignment with ACL’s mission and goals.
Gather and analyze feedback from Hispanic community members to refine ACL’s outreach efforts and better address their legal needs.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
Experience in community outreach, event planning, sales, or social media marketing, especially within the Hispanic community.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build trust and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
High energy, adaptability, and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Familiarity with the challenges faced by Alabama’s Hispanic community, including legal, cultural, and linguistic barriers, is a strong plus.
Experience being on camera, conducting public speaking, or creating social media content is a bonus.

Pay: $14.90 – $16.30 per hour
