Responsibilities
Provide general support to the Regulatory, Product and Commercial Legal teams.
Maintain and update the group’s terms of use.
Assist preparing simple commercial contracts, NDAs, internal team policies, SOPs, keeping the team organized with trackers.
Document filings; maintain document and obligations databases, subscriptions and access rights; knowledge management.
Assist the implementation of automated contract management and obligation register systems.
Prepare and arrange for agreement / document execution.
Other tasks as assigned on an ad hoc basis.
Skills and experience
Degree holder, preferably with a law degree
At least 2 years of experience in financial compliance or a paralegal – preferably with law firms or financial institutions. Candidates with less working experience will be considered for Paralegal
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Mandarin is “nice to have”, but not necessary
Able to multi-task effectively, strong organisational skills and detail-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Proactive, robust, pleasant, team player, with strong communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
