Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Paralegal position located in Makati City. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys by preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting in-depth legal research, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Additional responsibilities include managing documentation, facilitating effective communication, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the legal team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Proficiency in conducting Research and reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to adhere to deadlines
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Familiarity with Philippine laws and regulations is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in computer applications like Microsoft Office and legal research tools is preferred
- Professional integrity and a commitment to confidentiality.
