Job Responsibilities:

  1. Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s short-form drama going-global (overseas) business model, promptly respond to copyright registration and rights protection demands from various business departments, provide viable rights protection solutions, promote the implementation of these solutions, and achieve rights protection objectives.
  2. Handle routine complaints and rights protection related to the company’s short-form drama copyrights, including infringement monitoring, deployment of rights protection tools, mining and gathering evidence of infringement clues, and issuing take-down complaints.
  3. Manage cases related to copyright litigation and rights protection for the company’s short-form dramas, independently or in collaboration with external counsel to handle the full process of litigation cases, including evidence organization, legal drafting, and litigation strategy formulation.
  4. Research platform rules and copyright policies related to short-form drama publishing platforms, study legal policies and cases concerning overseas short-form drama copyright protection, review and summarize the company’s copyright complaints and litigation cases, optimize the company’s copyright protection processes, tools, and strategies, and continuously enhance the efficiency and intensity of the company’s copyright protection.
  5. Other legal tasks assigned by the department on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in Law, holding a Legal Professional Qualification Certificate; holders of overseas legal qualifications are preferred.
  2. 1-3 years of legal experience in litigation and rights protection; candidates with relevant experience in copyright registration, copyright complaints, and copyright litigation are preferred.
  3. Good English reading and writing skills, capable of using English for communication and work.
  4. Interested and passionate about short-form drama copyright protection and rights protection, as well as the short-form drama going-global business; corporate legal experience in internet going-global businesses or internet litigation is preferred.
  5. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong writing, communication, expression, and summarization skills, along with excellent learning ability and rapid adaptability.
