Potential Training Contract Opportunity
A leading global education provider is seeking a highly motivated Paralegal to join its London-based legal team.
This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a candidate seeking a six-month role that may lead to a Training Contract or for someone who has already secured a Training Contract and is looking for an interim position.
Key Details:
Start Date: Immediate availability required.
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office (London) on required days – Reporting to: Global General Counsel
Duration: 6 months, with potential for a Training Contract
Role & Responsibilities:
Assist the Global General Counsel and wider legal team with legal research, contract review, and drafting. Support compliance, regulatory matters, and internal governance. – Engage with key stakeholders across the business to provide legal support. Work on a variety of commercial, corporate, and educational law matters.
Candidate Requirements:
Exceptional academic credentials from a top law school. Strong legal research and analytical skills. – Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Prior paralegal experience in a corporate or commercial legal environment is desirable. This role provides an exciting opportunity for an aspiring solicitor to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global organisation.
