Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal II to support a growing trademark practice. This role focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution, TTAB matters, docket management, and litigation support while working closely with attorneys and global clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file documents with the USPTO and TTAB.
- Manage domestic and international trademark dockets and monitor critical deadlines.
- Conduct trademark clearance searches and analyze potential conflicts.
- Coordinate with foreign counsel on international trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
- Support trademark litigation, including document production, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Perform legal research and assist with trademark enforcement matters.
- Mentor junior paralegals and contribute to departmental initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- 4+ years of trademark paralegal experience.
- Experience with USPTO trademark prosecution is required; TTAB experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of trademark law, docket management, and e-discovery processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
