Carlton Fields is seeking a Paralegal for its Washington, DC office.
Qualified candidates must possess the following skills/experience:
A minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting
Proficiency in electronic filing in state, federal and administrative courts (preferably District of Columbia)
Experience with document production processes and procedures
Proficiency with document review databases and platforms (Relativity preferred)
Bluebook citation
Experience required in Westlaw research
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
The salary range for this role in the District of Columbia is $110,000 – $115,000. Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include annual discretionary bonuses based on performance and profit-sharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability.
