Bilingual English/Japanese Paralegal | Irvine, CA
A global entertainment company is seeking a Bilingual English/Japanese Paralegal to join its Legal Department.
This role will support intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright portfolio management, as well as contract administration and legal operations. The position will involve communication with overseas headquarters, internal teams, outside counsel, and external vendors, so fluent English and Japanese communication skills are required.
Location: Irvine, CA
Work Style: Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office
Salary: $90,000– $118,000. per year
Key Qualifications
:・Bachelor’s degree require
d・Paralegal Certificate require
d・3–5 years of paralegal experience, either in-house or at a law fir
m・Fluent English and Japanese skills, both written and verba
l・Experience with intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright clearance, filings, and prosecutio
n・Experience with contracts and understanding of contract provision
s・Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skill
