Our personal injury team is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
Draft and file legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
Organize and maintain case files and medical records
Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and experts
Calendar management including deadlines, hearings, and appointments
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law
Strong understanding of New Jersey court rules and procedures
Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
