Job Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney (Defense)
Location: White Plains, NY (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Role Overview :
- Handle a range of commercial litigation defense matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
- Manage discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Develop case strategy and work closely with clients
- Take on increasing responsibility with potential for leadership growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial litigation experience (defense preferred)
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Experience managing cases independently
- Admitted to practice in New York
- JD from top-tier law school.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $185,000. [Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]
