Position Summary

This role provides critical support to the legal, compliance, and risk management functions of a global enterprise. You will act as a central coordinator between internal leadership and external partners (including legal counsel and insurance brokers) to ensure best-in-class governance as the business expands into new jurisdictions and engages in M&A activity.

Core Responsibilities

  • Corporate Governance: Manage the preparation of Board and Committee documentation, including papers, minutes, and charters.
  • Entity Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of global legal entities; maintain statutory registers and manage Director/Officer updates.
  • Global Compliance & Filings: Coordinate timely statutory filings with external providers and manage international business registrations and annual returns.
  • Professional Licensure: Administer global licensure requirements for technical professionals and contractors to ensure cross-border regulatory compliance.
  • Legal Operations: Manage Delegation of Authority updates and facilitate international document legalisation (notarisation and Apostille requests).
  • Risk & Insurance: Support the global insurance renewal process, assist with claims management, and maintain the group risk registers.
  • Policy & Training: Manage the implementation of global policies and coordinate annual compliance training cycles in partnership with HR teams.
  • Commercial Support: Assist with legal and risk-related responses for project proposals and RFPs.
  • Business Resilience: Conduct vendor risk reviews and contribute to the maintenance of Crisis Management and Business Continuity plans.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years within a professional services environment (Legal, Accounting, or Governance).
  • Global Exposure: Experience handling multijurisdictional compliance or entity management is highly regarded.
  • Adaptability: We welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds looking to transition into a dedicated Legal and Risk career path.
  • Skill Set: Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage complex structures and multiple stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Previous experience in project coordination or management is desirable.
