Responsibilities:
- Deliver legal support for institutional and intermediary clients in Asia ex-Japan, managing agreement reviews and maintaining internal legal systems
- Review fund documentation for our APAC-registered fund ranges
- Handle company secretarial tasks for APAC entities
- Assist in tracking and implementing privacy and data protection regulations across APAC
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience, ideally within asset management
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts is preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
