Outbound Sales Development Representative (Legal Marketing) – Remote
Pay: $18–$30/hr + bonuses + uncapped commissions
Type: Part-time, Independent Contractor
Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)
Page Authority Pro helps law firms generate high-value cases through SEO and Google Ads.
We’re looking for a confident, persistent outbound SDR to call attorneys and book qualified sales meetings with the owner.
This is a high-volume, phone-first role, not customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Make 50+ outbound calls/day
- Contact attorneys, partners, and decision-makers
- Pitch Marketing, SEO & Google Ads services clearly and confidently
- Ask smart qualifying questions
- Book qualified sales meetings
- Send follow-up emails
- Track activity in CRM
- Confirm appointments & reduce no-shows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, confident phone presence
- Excellent English communication
- Experience in cold calling / SDR / appointment setting
- Comfortable with rejection + gatekeepers
- Professional, persistent, and self-motivated
- Strong email & follow-up skills
- Reliable remote setup (internet, headset, quiet space)
- Experience selling to law firms or professional services = plus
Performance Focus
You’ll be measured on:
- Call activity & consistency
- Quality of conversations
- Qualified meetings booked
- Appointment show rate
- CRM accuracy
- Follow-up professionalism
- Revenue generated
A “qualified meeting” = real attorney/decision-maker with interest in SEO, Google Ads, Avvo Ads, or lead generation.
Compensation
- $18–$20/hr
- $50 per qualified attended meeting
- 25% commission on first month’s collected client revenue
- Uncapped earnings
Schedule
Part-time, remote
Calls must be made during U.S. business hours
