You will be responsible for:
- Manage end-to-end handling of complaints, disputes, and operational incident cases on the PickMe platform
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for escalated operational tasks
- Attend and support field visits, regulatory engagements, and follow-ups as a company representative for factual coordination and documentation support
- Maintain structured data including timelines, evidence, communication logs, and supporting documentation while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Track and monitor all ongoing procedures to ensure timely resolution and closure
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Customer Support and other relevant teams
- Escalate high-risk, safety-critical, or complex cases to internal leadership
- Support internal investigations by compiling factual case summaries and evidence packs
- Ensure accurate documentation, case tracking discipline, and confidentiality at all times
You might be a fit if you have:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Management, Public Administration or related field
- Previous experience in one or more of the following:
- Operations or customer complaints handling
- Risk & compliance, or investigation roles
- Security operations or enforcement coordination
- Transport, logistics, or ride-hailing platforms (strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of Sri Lankan law enforcement and regulatory procedures (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
- High attention to detail with strong documentation discipline
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that combines office-based responsibilities with on-site and field activities
