Responsibilities:
24×7 operational support that handles incident tickets and perform monitoring.
Operational Support, process monitoring, issue resolution
Mandatory Skills Description:
SQL and Linux (nice to have Azure and PBI)
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
English: C1 Advanced
