About the Opportunity:
We’re looking to bring on an energetic and responsible new member to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone eager to learn, grow, and take on real responsibility. You don’t need experience—we’ll train the right person from the ground up. However, we are looking to train somebody whose job it will be to ensure that things get done on time and in compliance with accurate deadlines. You have to be a good rule follower and doer.
What You’ll Do:
Help track and manage important deadlines
Ensure legal and medical documents get sent out on time
Learn our systems and processes so you can support the team reliably
Communicate with clients, providers, and vendors as needed
Take pride in staying organized and following up without being reminded
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who wants to learn a lot and grow within the firm
Strong attention to detail—you care about getting it right
Dependable and accountable—you do what you say you’re going to do
Comfortable with email, phone calls, and heavy paperwork
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
