Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Paralegals at Our Personal Injury Firm!
We are a fast-paced, high-volume Personal Injury law firm seeking a driven, compassionate, and results-oriented Paralegal.
As a valued Paralegal on our team, you’ll work closely with attorneys, fellow paralegals, and legal assistants, managing cases from presuit through litigation while making a real impact on the lives of our clients.
Duties
- Communicate with clients to provide case updates, coordinate medical treatment, and oversee no-fault forms and medical billing.
- Prepare and submit monthly no-fault claims for expenses such as attendant care, lost wages, household replacement services, and medical mileage.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with adjusters to ensure timely payment of medical bills and no-fault benefits.
- Order, review, and organize medical billing and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of personal injury intake experience required
- No-fault/PIP experience strongly preferred
- Experience with case management software (Clio, Filevine, Needles, SmartAdvocate, etc.) preferred
- Knowledge of Michigan No-Fault Law (minimum basic understanding, but 2+ years of experience in Auto/PIP/BI is preferred).
- Strong tech skills, including experience with case management software.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative legal environment.

Pay: From $46,000.00 per hour
