Responsibilities include:
· Reviewing new accounts and drafting correspondence in anticipation of potential litigation
· Draft/review substantive pleadings, complaints and motion.
· Respond to motions & discovery
· Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements
· Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
· Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
· Provide exceptional client service and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the legal process.
