Job Description
- Process and secure all required licenses and permits for new store openings (company-owned & franchise).
- Ensure all licensing requirements are completed in line with store opening timelines.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain permits.
- Conduct site checks and feasibility assessments for new store locations.
- Manage external stakeholders involved in the licensing process.
- Track progress of all licensing applications for upcoming store openings.
- Maintain accurate documentation for each new store license.
- Provide status updates and flag risks or delays to the License Department Head.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in licensing, legal, or regulatory roles (experience in law firm, retail, or F&B industry is preferred).
- Strong understanding of retail/F&B licensing and permit processes.
- Good legal analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, especially with government stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple licensing processes and timelines simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Work Location: South Jakarta (Head Office).
