Panasonic Vietnam is looking for a Legal Senior Specialist. The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Legal affairs
Contracts review, advice and negotiation with related parties.
Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects.
Work with Government authorities for company procedures & compliance to laws.
Internal check and monitor the implementation of Corporate compliance policies & procedures.
Conduct Compliance training for internal needs.
Initiate & implement activities for promoting compliance culture.
Corporate Governance & Risk Management
Support in building a strong corporate governance system in place.
Assess Compliance & operational risks for counter measures.
Other supporting tasks relating to legal and compliance as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in law.
Having at least 5-year experience in doing Legal affairs.
Working experience in sales, manufacturing environment and business activities such as marketing, customs, supply chains, etc. will be preferred.
Proficiency in English.
Communication, planning skills.
Good computer skill especially PowerPoint .
