Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- 5+ years of Trusts & Estates / Estate Planning experience
- Experience representing high-net-worth clients
- New Hampshire Bar admission required
- Experience drafting estate planning documents and estate tax planning trusts
- Experience with probate and trust administration
- Experience preparing or assisting with estate and gift tax returns
- Excellent legal writing and communication skills
Preferred: Admission to the Massachusetts, Maine, and/or Vermont Bar.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Advise high-net-worth clients on estate planning and wealth transfer
- Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Handle probate and trust administration matters
- Assist with estate tax and gift tax return preparation
- Develop sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies
