A well-established regional boutique with a strong litigation platform is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its employment-focused team in Atlanta. This role offers hands-on courtroom experience, close partner collaboration, a reasonable 1,500-hour target, and a hybrid structure designed for attorneys who want to deepen their litigation skills and grow long term.

THE ROLE
⚖️ Appear in court for hearings.
️ Take and defend depositions.
Draft briefs and persuasive motions.
Manage discovery and case development.
Contribute to litigation strategy and case management.
REQUIREMENTS
Approximately 2 to 5 years of litigation experience.
⚖️ Strong litigation background across any civil practice area.
️ Experience appearing in hearings and depositions.
Demonstrated legal research and persuasive writing skills.
Ability to work primarily in-office in Atlanta on a collaborative team.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
$130,000 to $160,000 base salary range.
Approximate 1,500 annual billable hour target.
