A Chambers-recognized labor and employment practice within an established multi-office U.S. firm is seeking a mid-level Employment Litigation Associate in Boston. This is a partner-track role for attorneys who want to deepen employer-side litigation experience, gain meaningful responsibility, and build a long-term career on a national full-service platform.

THE ROLE
⚖️ Handle employment litigation matters.
Work across litigation and transactional tasks.
Operate within a hybrid Boston arrangement.
Balance defense and plaintiff-side work.
REQUIREMENTS
3 to 4 years of experience.
⚖️ Focused background in employment litigation.
✅ Active Massachusetts Bar admission.
Strong academic credentials or Am Law 200 experience.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
$200,000 base salary.
In-office schedule of 4 days weekly.
Boston-based hybrid working arrangement.
