A highly regarded regional full-service firm with recognized litigation strength is seeking a mid-level Employment Defense Associate to join its employment law practice. Based in Concord on a hybrid schedule, you will handle sophisticated employer-side counseling and litigation with strong partner access, meaningful client contact, and a clear path to grow.

THE ROLE
⚖️ Defend employers in employment litigation.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
️ Advise employers on compliance and best practices.
Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups.
REQUIREMENTS
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
✅ Active or pending New Hampshire bar membership.
⚖️ 2-5 years of litigation experience.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
⭐ Preferred: Employer-side and public employer experience.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
$105,000 to $110,000 base salary.
Concord office, 3 days in-office weekly.
1,800 annual billable hour target.
