Entrusted Advisors is actively adding to our panel of experienced corporate paralegals to support our enterprise clients in flexible secondment engagements. Candidates must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new environments. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced paralegals to work with our roster of global clients while retaining flexibility and control over your schedule and workload. Engagements may be full-time or part-time, with remote and hybrid opportunities available.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of paralegal experience within a corporate in-house legal department.
- Hands-on experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, preparing corporate governance filings and board reports, and/or supporting complex litigation.
- Project management experience, including supporting implementation of document management, CLM, AI, or other legal or enterprise software systems strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to different client environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
