The role: Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
• Litigation Support: Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour claims, and workplace harassment cases. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Transactional Work: Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, draft employment agreements, handbooks, and policies, and assist with workplace investigations and risk management strategies.
• Contract & Policy Development: Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, non-compete agreements, severance packages, and employee handbooks to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance & Advisory: Provide counsel on employment law issues such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, and other workplace regulations, ensuring businesses mitigate legal risks and maintain best practices.
Salary & Benefits
• Paying up to $250k base salary + benefits & bonus programs

Requirements:
• 2+ years employment experience both in litigation and transactional aspects
