Mid and Senior-Level Corporate Associates for Global Law Firm with Top Pay scale (Atlanta, GA) – Our client, a market leading firm, is seeking both mid and senior-level Corporate Associates to join their growing Atlanta office.
Mid-Level Associate candidates will have 4+ years and senior level candidates will have 7+ years of experience representing companies in a variety of transactions, including M&A, private equity, financing, and general corporate matters.
Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials from Tier 1 Law schools and have prior big law experience. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to get immediate deal experience and be mentored by top practitioners. Relocation candidates encouraged to apply.
