Blackburn Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (Flexible hours and hybrid working arrangement available) Salary:

The Role As part of the Medical Negligence team, you will play a key role in supporting clients through sensitive and complex claims while gaining valuable hands-on legal experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the management of a caseload of medical negligence matters Supporting senior fee earners on a variety of ongoing cases Drafting correspondence and legal documentation Reviewing and analysing medical records and evidence Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience within a legal environment (preferred but not essential) Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Confident communication and interpersonal skills A proactive attitude and willingness to develop professionally
