Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney

$120,000-$180,000
I’m currently partnering with a nationally recognized law firm in Charlotte that’s looking to grow its highly regarded Medical Malpractice & Professional Liability practice. If you have 4+ years of litigation experience and are interested in representing healthcare providers in complex, high-exposure matters, I’d love to connect.
You’ll work on a variety of matters, including:
- Medical malpractice defense
- Professional liability litigation
- Wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims
- Healthcare provider representation
- Discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial
- Working alongside physicians, hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare professionals
The ideal candidate will have:
- Active North Carolina Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
- JD from an accredited law school
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Medical malpractice or professional liability defense experience is preferred, but strong civil litigation backgrounds will also be considered
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Experience managing cases through all phases of litigation
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong client relationships
