Job Role: Mass Event & Village Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE | On-site
Job Type: Contractual
Contract Duration: 4 Months
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Event Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of a large-scale events program in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being involved in live event execution and operational coordination.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day event operations and venue coordination
• Assist with documentation, schedules, and operational readiness
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams
• Provide on-ground support during event setup and live operations
• Track actions, follow up on operational tasks, and escalate issues when required
🔹 Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in event operations, production, or coordination roles
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience supporting large-scale events, festivals, or activations is an advantage
• Hands-on and team-oriented approach
