Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Customer Relations Legal Assistant to serve as the front-facing voice of our law firm. This role is a unique hybrid position that combines client services with marketing coordination. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to professionalism, extreme follow-through, and a keen understanding of marketing funnels and customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations & Reception:

Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing inbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy.

Triage and route calls to appropriate team members based on client needs.

Field inquiries from potential new clients (PNCs), qualify leads using firm protocols, and schedule initial consultations.

Provide pre- and post-consultation follow-up, including answering PNC questions and coordinating the onboarding/payment process with the Practice Manager.

Maintain accurate client communication logs and records using our CRM system.

Marketing Coordination:

Collaborate directly with the Managing Partner to support, execute, and update marketing initiatives.

Assist in managing paid advertisements, website content, SEO efforts, and brand messaging across platforms.

Track lead sources, consultation metrics, and campaign performance using data and reporting tools.

Coordinate dissemination of content and marketing materials across multiple platforms.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Impeccable customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to follow through, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate across a team.

Demonstrated understanding of marketing concepts, lead funnels, and campaign tracking.

Experience with or ability to quickly learn various software and client management systems

Strong data tracking and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-focused mindset.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a legal, customer service, or marketing-related role preferred.

Experience with law firm intake will be considered a strong asset.

Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent results.
