SUMMARY:
Job Purpose:
The Corporate Legal Manager will serve as the primary legal advisor to the CEO, the Board, and, where
required, to all Trustees of the company. The incumbent will be responsible for providing strategic
legal support, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, and safeguarding the entity’s legal and
reputational integrity.
Minimum Qualification requirements & Experience:
- A university degree in law (e.g. BProc/BCom Law or LLB) is required.
- A master’s degree in law or related field will be an added advantage.
- At least five years proven litigation experience.
- A minimum of five years in senior legal advisory or managerial role.
