Responsibilities

Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with the acquisition team to assess potential investment opportunities and perform due diligence.
Monitor economic indicators and local market conditions to inform strategic planning.
Assist in the development of financial models to project cash flows and returns on investment.
Maintain databases of real estate properties, transactions, and market research data for future reference.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field is required.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or similar software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and presentations.
Familiarity with real estate principles, investment analysis, and market research methodologies is preferred.
