Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Labor and Employment Attorney to join our litigation team in a fully remote capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, skilled, and detail-oriented attorney ready to take ownership of their caseload and make a real impact. You will independently manage cases from intake through resolution, with substantial autonomy and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a full caseload of labor and employment litigation matters, including:
Single-plaintiff FEHA and wrongful termination cases
Wage and hour class actions
PAGA representative actions
Handle all aspects of litigation:
Drafting and responding to discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Motion practice (including MSJs and oppositions)
Court appearances
Arbitration and trial preparation and attendance
Maintain organized case files and deadlines using legal practice management software
Collaborate with the legal team on strategy and case development
Represent the firm with professionalism and client-centered service
Required Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in California
Minimum 5 years of experience in labor and employment litigation
Demonstrated ability to handle cases from intake through trial/arbitration
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Proficiency in drafting complex motions, including MSJs and oppositions
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Tech-savvy; comfortable using:
Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail)
Microsoft Word & Excel
Adobe Acrobat
LexisNexis
PracticePanther or similar case management software
E-filing tools (e.g., One Legal, First Legal)
Legal AI tools for drafting and research
