Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role within the legal field.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and workers’ compensation policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
Experience with case management software and legal research tools.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing case files for workers’ compensation claims.
Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to gather necessary information and documentation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal policies and procedures.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite products to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
