DAMAC Group's legal team is looking for a litigation manager to own an active caseload of Dubai court cases, arbitration matters, and regulatory complaints end-to-end. Arabic and English bilingual proficiency is a hard requirement. If you have been managing Dubai litigation hands-on for 6+ years, this is a direct step up in scope and brand.
The Role
You will manage litigation from filing through to execution — monitoring the court portal, coordinating with external law firms, reviewing defense memos, attending hearings, negotiating settlements, and handling real estate and commercial arbitration. This is a full-ownership litigation management role, not a support position.
What You Will Do
- Manage Dubai litigation caseload — filing through judgment and execution
- Liaise with external law firms — instructions, documents, follow-up
- Monitor online court portal — track hearings, judicial direction, outcomes
- Review defense memos, court submissions, and legal documents
- Negotiate settlements and manage internal legal investigations
- Handle real estate and commercial arbitration matters with external counsel
- Attend court hearings, site visits, and expert meetings
What You Bring
- Arabic and English — full professional proficiency, written and spoken. Hard requirement.
- 6+ years as a legal manager with direct litigation ownership — not paralegal or support
- Hands-on Dubai court experience — online portal, filing, execution stage
- Proven external law firm management — instructions, coordination, accountability
- Real estate and commercial litigation experience
- Strong drafting in both Arabic and English
- LLB or equivalent; UAE bar or DIFC court experience a plus
