Job Description
This position is responsible for logistics strategy / budget and management of all logistics and distribution activities for the company including Import – Export. This position will liaise with the Logistics Service Providers, Custom Brokers, Freight Forwarders, Carriers, Customs, etc to ensure sustainable least cost & on time delivery in total system. In addition, support MINT’s future growth by developing right logistics solution and ensure right logistics model/approach that match to each business model/ business scenario both domestic and international. In sum, develop and drive strategy, select/ build/manage 3PL together with growing team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategy to support MINT strategy
- Develop and manage logistics budget
- Co-ordination between all operations department of MINT and Logistics Service Providers to ensure
availability of products, while maintaining an optimum level of inventory, smooth & efficient operation, customer focused and run operations with optimum cost.
- Select & Monitor & Develop Logistics Service Provider performance
- Develop and manage Logistics Service Provider contracts
- Manage logistics operation to ensure KPI achieve, meet customer’s expectation and fully alignment with law and regulations
- Work with supply chain and key suppliers to ensure transport costs and warehouse cost are within industry standards.
- Evaluate logistics cost and rate charge periodically
- Set Criteria and benchmark total logistics cost on annual basis
- Supervise logistics team member and Logistics Service Providers
- Improve logistics team capability through technology and people development
- Support international expansion & Develop logistics solution for all customers.
- Transform current logistics operation to digital logistics.
- Ensure KPIs are achieved
- Support on improving logistics / help solving logistics problem of affiliated company. Including bringing new innovation, new model, new solution into MINT.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Duties:

· Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.
· Exercises responsible behaviour at all times, positively representing the Minor Food.
· Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.
· Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
· Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times.
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Profile:
· Work 5 days a week (flexible hours)
· Able to work on holidays, as needed
· Handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time
· Work under time pressure with little supervision
· Work with massive data, documents, reports and numbers
· Work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
· Manage logistics partner and supplier on logistics related
· Present in English and Thai from time to time
· Heavy use of computer programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint) on a regular basis
· Work may involve travelling upcountry & overseas
Qualifications
· Experience in food service, hotel or retail industry would be advantage
· Proficiency in English, Presentation and computer literacy eg. Excel, Powerpoint.
· Be self-motivated, a strong team player and enable to work under pressure
