Senior Industrial Disease Claims Handler
Location:
Leeds / Bradford / Manchester (Hybrid). Salary:
Approximately £38,750 base + bonus, excellent benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage your own caseload of complex industrial disease claims. Conduct policy investigations, make informed liability decisions, identify recovery opportunities, and proactively reduce litigation. Work within a well‑established team of experienced professionals providing ongoing support and collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven background in EL/PL claims with industrial disease experience and a strong grasp of legal terminology. Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating strong decision‑making and organisational skills. Candidates from insurance, legal environments, including claimant or defendant solicitors are considered.
