I am working with a great client of mine, a well-respected and growing boutique law firm, and helping them find a solid M&A Attorney to add to their team.
Responsibilities:
Candidates should have at least three years of M&A transactional experience.
Have excellent law firm and academic credentials.
Strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Experience acting as a mid-level to lead associate on both strategic and financial transactions in connection with public and private M&A, transaction financings, and private placements.
Related SEC and corporate practice skills.
Cross-border experience is preferred, including drafting transaction documents, running diligence processes, and supervising both specialist teams and junior associates.
