We are looking for a full-time litigator to join one of our top legal clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense litigation and at least 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities of the position include:
Prosecuting and defending civil lawsuits on behalf of insurance companies
Negotiating settlements and preparing for trial
Researching and drafting legal documents
Working closely with clients and other members of the legal team
Qualifications for the positioninclude:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
At least 3 years of experience as a litigator
Strong research and writing skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Salary is up to 130K with Great Benefits, PTO, and Holidays!
