Minimum requirements:
- LLB and Admitted Attorney
- Our client is looking for a commercial associate with 2 to 3 years solid commercial experience
- This includes M&A, Shareholders’ Agreements, MOI’s, Restructures, Resolutions, and other commercial agreements etc.
- Must have the ability to “hit the ground running”
