MyRights Immigration Law Firm is one of Denver’s leading immigration defense firms. We represent clients from all around the world in their immigration proceedings. This includes seeking affirmative benefits through United States Citizen and Immigration Services or the Department of State, as well as defending clients from removal with the Executive Office of Immigration Review.
Our diverse practice includes litigation at all levels of immigration including federal cases and appellate work with the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Circuit courts.
We currently have two offices in Denver. One on East Colfax Ave and a second on South Federal Blvd.
Job Description:
MyRights Immigration Law Firm is currently hiring an associate attorney for our growing immigration law practice. Responsibilities include:
Meeting with current and prospective clients
Attending immigration appointments with USCIS
Prepare briefs in support of client’s applications
Prepare documents submissions in support of relief from removal
Prepare applications and submission packets for applications with USCIS
Supervise and direct assigned paralegals in case preparation
Requirements:
JD from accredited law school and active admission in any state bar
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to work as part of an already exceptional team
