Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Paralegal at Greenberg Legal Group LLC. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal with family law experience to support our attorneys in all aspects of family law cases. The Litigation Paralegal will have the opportunity to be a part of our firm’s team-oriented approach to client service and interact with clients on a regular basis. The Litigation Paralegal would be responsible for drafting pleadings, managing discovery, assisting with trial preparation and maintaining client files. This role allows for a significant amount of remote work but does require some in-office availability.
Qualifications
Litigation experience with family law experience preferred
Strong written and organizational skills
Experience in drafting Pleadings and Motions
Experience with discovery, including preparing client discovery responses and reviewing incoming discovery responses from an opposing party
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of litigation procedures and deadlines
Paralegal certification or equivalent experience
