Commercial Litigation Paralegal Opportunity – Fully Remote (Ideal for Aspiring Attorneys)
Join Our Growing Team: Paralegal Opportunity to work directly under and along side the managing partner attorney.
We are commercial litigators. We do trials. We specialize in real estate and construction matters, including premises liability cases as well (for those with injury backgrounds). This opportunity will give you the freedom to work cases from inception, manage caseloads, prepare attorneys for depositions, shadow live events in Court and otherwise, and join a team of high-spirited and pragmatic fellow firm members. We are ideally looking for a paralegal with construction and real estate related experience. Commercial litigation experience is a must. We’re looking for a skilled para-litigator with exceptional research, writing, and organizational abilities to join our team. Trial experience is highly valued. Our two-year-old firm offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.
About the Role:
As a key member of our legal team, you will:
* Conduct in-depth legal research to develop winning case strategies.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other critical legal documents.
* Represent clients effectively in court, mediations, and negotiations.
* Provide expert counsel on regulatory compliance.
* Manage a diverse caseload efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Stay current on evolving legal landscapes and regulations.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
* 4-5 years of proven legal practice experience, with a preference for experience in Real Estate, Construction, and Complex Commercial Litigation.
* Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, litigation, and negotiation.
* Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and concisely.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
